Η Pharm Animal S.A. is the largest veterinary wholesaler in Greece. Besides distribution of a large and comprehensive range of veterinary pharmaceutical products, it is also active in the fields of consumables, nutritional supplements, health products, as well as food products for small animals and grooming products.
In its current form, the company has been operating since 1995 and is a merger of 2 companies: Agrovema GP which was founded in 1970 and whose purpose was the construction of poultry facilities and animal feed factories and Pharm Animal SA which was founded in 1991 and whose purpose was the marketing of veterinary medicines. In 2013 Pharm Animal S.A. founded PharmVet SA, a logistics company specialized in distribution of veterinary medicines. In 2017 Pharm Animal S.A. participates in collaboration with the University of Crete in the establishment of Critis Medical Synergy a Private Capital company whose main activity is the development and marketing of innovative software solutions for the hospital’s critical care department (intensive care units, operating rooms and anesthesia), placing the Pharm Animal SA group also in the field of specialized solutions in the field of medical software.

- The supply department daily ensures that we have available a large and complete range of product codes as well as the maximum adequacy. Our customers are informed about upcoming shortages, seasonality, sudden changes in demand, upcoming price changes as well as items with common active ingredients that can be used during periods of shortages, with the help of our specialized staff.
- Continuous technical support is provided by 3 veterinarians, 4 animal production technologists and 1 agronomist.
- The main facilities of the company are located in Koropi, Attica, while the logistics company is based in the center of Athens, at a key point for the flawless operation of the distribution network. We have a modern privately owned fleet of vehicles equipped with cooling systems to maintain stable temperatures, certified for the transport of pharmaceutical products, while at the same time we cooperate with a wide network of certified distribution companies that includes courier companies, specialized transport companies and public buses (KTEL), ensuring delivery of pharmaceutical products throughout the Greek territory under excellent conditions in less than 24 hours. Our goal is that customer’s orders arrive at their destination with speed, safety, and in excellent quality.
- We are cooperating with all veterinary drugs producers approved by the National Medicine Organization. As a result, we offer the largest and most complete stock of veterinary products. We are also cooperating with large veterinary pharmaceutical producers, having the exclusive distribution rights for their products in the Greek market.
Our goal is to deliver veterinary drugs to our customers as soon as possible, providing the best transport and delivery conditions.
